    Enduristan Base Pack 6.5L

I first learned about the Enduristan Base Pack when I met Glenn from Allroadmoto. There I saw the Enduristan Blizzard Saddlebags. Glenn is the founder of Allroadmoto. I told him that I was looking for a bag for my crash bars, he immediately showed me the 6.5 liter Enduristan Base Pack. We checked the bag with my crash bar and found out it was fitting perfectly. Glenn immediately decided to send me a set for testing.

    Test period

I have tested the Base Packs for 500 kilometers and I am definitely satisfied! I have made several highway journeys where I strictly kept the speed limit. (of course) I made nice trips on B-roads including the must do Veluwe, Posbank. After that I headed to some beautiful dirt roads with a lot of holes, I mean really a lot... The Enduristan Base Packs were doing the job, stayed in place where it was originally mounted. First I was thinking to make a plate where I could mount them but at the end it was not necessary. Let’s see the features of the Enduristan Base Pack:

    Features

    • Red lining for good visibility
    • Heavy duty net with velcro fastener from the outside
    • Elastic band for storing items such as rain gear
    • Loops to attach even more gear
    • 2 compression straps
    • 2 tie-down straps to attach the pack
    • Stainless steel bolts and nuts to attach them
    • Washable and very easy to clean
    • Overall very good material quality

    Technical details:

    • Volume: 6.5 Liter
    • Length: 32 cm
    • Width: 17 cm
    • Depth: 12 cm

With the pack you will get two straps and 4x M6 bolts, nuts, washers. With this you can attach the Base Pack to your motorcycle if you have a place for them. You can also mount them on the hard cases or anywhere you are able to drill holes.

    Conclusion

I have not been able to test them in the rain but looking at it I believe that pack is waterproof. Simply you just need to fold the sealing part once or twice and it is completely waterproof. But I did the rest, I packed them full, used them empty always stayed in place and did not move at all when riding. I am very happy with the quality and also they give a beautiful appearance to the bike. It is a perfect item that you want to have by yourself and quickly access it when necessary.
