The Overland Lockable Extender has solved the problem of locking stacked canisters. Typically, Overland Fuel's regular extension will not allow you to lock stacked containers together, even when using the lockable mounts. The top container remains rotatable, causing the thread of the extension to twist and the entire stack of containers to come loose.
This lockable extension allows you to lock it in place by pushing the integrated metal pin down into the lower mounting area of the stacked container. This metal pin stops the extension from rotating, preventing it from being opened by turning the top container. The lock is easy to open. Press the button on the extension and the pin will be released, causing the extension to open.
